  5. Hi Pallavi

I’m a senior recruitment manager from SutraLite.com. We’re essentially a unique recruitment service provider which helps small-medium enterprises find candidates for their job vacancies. We work extensively with several hundred startups of all types from all around India.

Recently one of our clients approached us with their latest advertising campaign – thecoolestjob.com – for one of their undisclosed clients. Our company and their agency together have planned a strategy to merge their advertising service with our recruitment service, to produce the desired results for this unique campaign.

*Dual Objective: to promote thecoolestjob.com & find talented individuals who can become brand ambassadors for the brand
*Plan: promote the entire thing as a teaser campaign, gain attention from desired TG, and of course at the same time spread the job in conventional recruitment style.
*Result: so far we’ve had very good response, and we’re hopeful of pushing it further up and create a benchmark in terms of this different approach towards brand promotion + recruitment service.

I went through your blog and found that you cover various topics related to Social Media Marketing. Would love to know if you can cover this entire case on your blog. I’d be happy to provide whatever details you require, or put you in touch with our seniors/co-founders/the ad agency.
